My sweet Gram passed away early this morning. I was blessed to have one more opportunity last night to express my love and gratitude to her for all that she is to our family.We will miss you dearly Gram but are happy to know you are at peace and reunited with the love of your life. I feel incredibly fortunate that you and Max had a few special moments together over the past few years.

I'm in total agreement with your words. I am so sad and missing her terribly, but I am glad that she is finally at peace and in Pop-Pop's arms again.

Its lovely that she got to meet Max and Max got to meet her. Not many kids get to meet Great grandparents.

Yesterday when I was having pre-testing for my knee replacement I tried to be brave by thinking of all Maxwell had been through. I am such a coward! If surgery is successful, "Auntie Mary" can come visit Maxwell and his mommy. :-)
