This morning I was talking with a sweet little girl at Max's school. She is six and in the kindergarten class next to Max's Life Skills class. I was introducing her to Max and asked if she wanted to play with us.
She said "Oh, I know Max...I knew him before he was born." Hmmm...ok. That caught me off guard...and then I followed up with asking about her birthday. You can imagine my surprise when she said "June 22nd" (which is Max's birthday). Oh my goodness...oh my goodness.
We then talked about heaven and God and that is where she had seen Max. What a truly wonderful and absolutely overwhelming moment to experience! Wow. Wow. Wow.
