the ferris wheel

(the first of many fair posts)

Last night we headed over to the Northwest Fair and had such a wonderful time! Max loved, loved, loved the rides (even was bored with some of the slower kiddie ones!) and totally has no fear. Amazing!

However, this momma did have some fear! We met up with some great friends and before I knew it, we were on the ferris wheel. As soon as we got buckled in, I quickly remembered my fear and dislike of these strange, slow and HIGH moving objects! But I had Max on one side and his buddy Cooper on the other...so I had to be brave. It wasn't easy but soon enough I was able to at least relax a bit!

Max wouldn't sit still and Cooper wanted to play silly word games the whole time. Meanwhile, I am just trying to stay focused that the ride isn't that scary and be cool for the kiddos!

Seriously...that is pretty high, right?

Ian got his mommy all to himself...and he was incredibly brave!

Amy, you have more guts than I do. I'm not a fan of ferris wheels either. You did good my friend.

I loved the ferris wheel as a kid, but I think I'd be more like you know and be white-knuckling it the whole time! Great pictures!
