first valentine's day party

Today was the Valentine's Day party at Max's school...so sweet! Instead of candy, we went with crayons as treats for his classmates. Quite easy...and I think pretty darn cute. :)

Here is Mr. Max posing for some quick photos outside of his school. How fun are his red converse?

After the party, we came home and Max sorted through all his Valentine's Day treats.

Oh my! Is there any chance those red converse came from your cousins Max (and originated on Christian)? Love the color crayon idea, way better than more candy!

Very cute!! I might use your idea next year!! We got big heart suckers, there is only 4 kids in Eva's class including her so I can do alittle more then if it were a class of 20.
You are so creative and we LOVE our card from Max so cute!!! Its my favorite so far.
Hugs,
Crystal and Eva

The crayons and the way you packaged them are so VERY cute! What a great idea! I think there will be copycats all across the country next year!
And... I LOVE the pictures from your photo shoot. So incredibly special. Your comment about walking hand-in-hand brought tears to my eyes. That is still my dream!
Oh... and the converse... seriously?! SO CUTE!
And the potty - baby steps - any steps at all... are to be commended! Kudos to Max and Mommy!

Amy, what font did you use for the wording on those tags. I love how bold it is and would love to have that font.
