dinner out with grammy

Last night we took my mom (Max's Grammy) out to dinner at one of my very favorite restaurants...and it was delicious, absolutely delicious.

HOWEVER, Mighty Max decided to fully demonstrate his "spirited nature." We tried all our tricks...cars, blocks, crayons, games...but nothing worked.

Fortunately Bill had the magic answer. He and Max took a stroll outside the restaurant and played the "drop the block and pick it up" game...over and over and over again.

Hi Amy, what's your favorite restaurant? We are going to Bellingham one of these days and we'd like to go for some really yummy food

Ok..so Bill is now knighted to Mighty Max world! :)
How nice for you Amy to have a support system there for you so that you don't have to do it alone....YAY!!!!!
I am a remarried mom...had two kids with my ex...and every day it amazes me how this man I married..who did not father these children...is more a 'dad' to them than their father will ever be. Keepers...that's what we call them! :)

I am guessing that Maxwell wanted some guy time with Bill away from the girls.

I think Max wanted you and Grammy to have time together, so he hooked up with Bill. I'm so glad that Bill is in your and Max's lives.

Hearing about Bill with Max literally makes me have tears in my eyes. And, I remember posting on the list serv not so long ago about another man "in" Max's life who made me have tears... the difference now is these tears are such happy ones.
I just LOVE hearing about Bill with Max... so happy for all of you Amy!

This is so sweet. Grammies are such special people. The Bills of the world are, too!

Not all the Bills. Those I'm getting in my mailbox almost daily are definitely not special Lol ....
