Tomorrow *could* be a big day in the divorce situation.
A month ago, we were supposed to have our day in court, but the other party got one case delayed and the Supreme Court didn't meet on the other. It was extremely frustrating. I had so hoped we would have some resolution. Maxwell is almost three, and we have yet to receive proper financial support from the other parent. Is this really still going on???
Sooooo...we'll see what happens tomorrow. The court may decide to not hear either case/both cases or hear the case/s and have/not have oral arguments. Lots of different ways this can go.
Another important meeting tomorrow is Max's third assessment with the school. We have a few other meetings, and then next week is his IEP. Several of his current therapists are going to attend with us so that the new team has a better understanding of Max's complex challenges.
Hmm, that too could be a big day in our lives. Let's hope for some really positive and encouraging news in both areas of our lives...wouldn't that be great?!

wow do you ever c the x at these hearings id like you to show him each thing max has and how hes walking and say he doesnt deserve him coz its ture
I'm praying for positive news on both issues.
There is a possibility that next year we will have a female majority on our supreme court in WV. What a blessing that would be for mothers who are trying to support their children alone without any help from deadbeat dads.
I'm sending up prayers. We are all here for the both of you.
Love,
Carolyn
I hope and prayer everything goes well all around.

Wow he looks so good! Sorry we haven't been able to post comments in awhile. It is so good to see him moving without his walker. What a tough little guy. Please give each other hugs from us.
Love,
Brian, Sarah, and Caleb
