We received the other party's appeal (to the WV Supreme Court), and it is nonsense to say the least. It strictly focuses on limiting the financial support from him to us...and of course no mention of Maxwell's future care.
And they want to seal the case so that no one can know the details. I wonder why.

No surprise that Vic and Rusty want the case sealed. Rusty is probably ashamed that he is the lawyer and there may be a handful of people out there who still believe in Vic. However, there are probably more people who believe in the Easter bunny and/or the tooth fairy.
so sad...I dont know how you have managed with all this going on and then to have to care for Max it must be additionally stressful.
How is Max and has he got whooping cough? poor little guy.

Geesh. I can't believe this is still dragging through the courts. What is lacking in that man that he can't just once in his life do the right thing? What a shame for you, for Max and for the fine state of West Virginia. Good thing he's not running for office again. I'd have to move back, just so I could campaign against him ;-)

What can one possibly say to hearing this? He is just pathetic. I will pray that the courts see his lack of personal involvement as a sign that he is better off being a major financial contributor to your lives!

It just goes to show how horrible people are in this world. Just because the case is sealed doesnt mean our mouths are. I tell people about him all the time and what a horrible person he is, I do not say man because he is not a man he is lower then a man.

ah over here we r hearing bout the presidential elections and ur comment bout him sealing made me relise the reason ill tell you my belief ok i think that he wants to get in again with i dont knlow wat party but hes thinking that the case if it got out could jeapodise his results of winning a seat and maybe even being president oh god i seriously hope he never does but thats just my idea ridiculous really but wat could u expect from a man like him:)
So he doesn't want to pay to support his son, but he wants to be able to claim to be a father to Maxwell in his official biography on the Legislature page? Way to stay classy, Vic!
