just one more hour...

until Max's speech therapist arrives. Sounds strange right? Yes I know, but I am soooooooooooooooooo excited to show off Maxwell's latest accomplishments with communication. His therapist was laughing at me earlier today when we spoke. She was excited too. :)

It seems like recently something has just started to "click" with Maxwell. He has made major strides with behavior imitation, sign language and noise creation. If I explained what he was doing, it wouldn't probably make much sense and it wouldn't sound too impressive. But trust me, it is. We have worked very intensely to get him to this point and it is nothing short of THRILLING. Truly, truly thrilling!

Just one more hour...and it's show off time! :) YAY!

It's been 8 hours...

Since Max's speech therapy appointment and I am itching to know how he did. Did he show off his skills? What did the therapist say? Dont leave us hanging! :)

I haven't been to work in a couple of days which means I haven't checked in on you in about the same. Talk about withdrawals! Hope all is going well...

It's always amazing to see how children with developmental delays can all of a sudden begin doing things that two months ago looked impossible.

Congrats, little man. Keep doin' your thing!
