snapshot of our life

This has been life in our house lately...lots and lots of breathing treatments.

A week post surgery, he returned to school for a day. Then he came down with a nasty stomach bug which was followed with major congestion and a fever.

I am *hoping* to send him to school tomorrow.

(P.S. Max, did you know that you heal faster if you sleep through the night? Just a thought.)

Sorry to hear you have been under the weather, Max. Mommy is right though...a little sleep will go a long way- for both of you! Please give it a whirl! Hope you are feeling better real soon!

Sorry to hear Max is sick. Ben too has the same thing and today is finally starting to perk up. February is the worst for sickness (I think). Feel better soon!

Amy, I'm sorry to hear about your grandmother. I hope you are able to find some comfort in all your good memories of her.

Feel better soon Max! I don't visit as often, but I still need a "Max fix" every once in a while :-)

Kim and Nora (also sick for the last 5 days...and not sleeping)

Doggone it! This is not the health update I was hoping to read, Max. You and Gracie are like two peas in a pod right now... to bad you couldn't hang out together and help each other with your nebulizer treatments!:-)

Amy, the last part of your post about sleep... you wrote, "just a thought." I laughed! Not because it's funny at all... but because I say those exact words to Gracie frequently in the wee hours! If she'd just give in to sleep for a good solid day AND night... sounds like Max and Gracie run on the same kind of clock!

Hope that since you posted, he's perked up and that Max didn't share his ick with you!
