Praise Jesus

Today we had quite an experience, and I am still very shaken up. But I cannot even begin to count the number of times today that I have simply praised Jesus. We are blessed indeed.

We were in a pretty intense car accident on the way to church this morning, and our car is basically totaled. (We will get more information tomorrow, but we don't think there is much of a chance of repair.)

The incredibly blessing is that no one was hurt...not a single person. Truly amazing and I have to stay focused on that, versus the resulting financial loss and chaos. I am in awe of this blessing. Praise you Jesus. Thank you for protecting my little boy and the other family too.

Oh Amy and Max! How scary. I'm glad to hear you both are okay and from your post it sounds like the other family is okay. All things can be replaced, except for you both! So glad to hear you both are okay. Let me know if you need to be taxi'd to get a rental car, or pick up things. Praise God indeed, His hands are around you both.

Oh wow! Thank goodness you all are ok! Give Max and yourself an extra hug from us tonight - I am just so glad you weren't hurt.

Hi, Amy. I'm the one who bumped into you at Target last weekend. I'm praising God with you. Thank you, Lord, for protecting BOTH families...

Amen! Praise to our loving Lord Jesus who protected each of you. I will be praying that the resulting trouble is minor and that you will be filled with peace as well as thankfulness.

I am breathing a huge exhale for you, my friends...knowing that the feelings after an incident like this are complicated and scary. I am so, so, so thankful you are all okay. (Oh, I just can't tell you how thankful I am.) Please take care as your minds and hearts recover from this scary experience. With love.

My heart sank in reading the beginning of that post. I'm so glad everyone is okay. Give Max a big hug from us, and one for yourself too. Those things can really shake you up, but also make you remember what matters most in your life.
