potty training

Fortunately we have made many wonderful friends in the CHARGE community. Fellow parents have been an incredible source of strength, support and knowledge.

And sure enough, a parent came through this week with an important "heads up" about potty training. She is the mother of an amazing, extremely intelligent young man. She suggested that we should be VERY patient with this process...because it could possibly take many years for a child (with CHARGE) to truly master. This has been the experience for many, including their family.

I knew that, but yet this was a very good reminder. (Thank you friend for your honesty and advice.)

So for now, I will celebrate this tremendous first step that Mighty Max has made (SO AMAZING!) and do my very best to be patient along this journey. So very proud of my lil' man!
