"when we wake up..."

A wonderful friend gave us the Sign2Me CD music program...and I absolutely love it. And now Max does too.

However, he is a wee bit obsessed with the first verse of the first song and asks for it over and over again...and over and over again...and yes...over and over again. Oh my goodness. I cannot even begin to count the number of times I have sang "When we wake up in the morning, we can comb our hair...comb our hair...and get ready for a brand new day!" But seeing him joyfully signing along is absolutely worth it! Check it out...

"wake up"

"comb our hair"

And sure enough, here is Max asking for that verse again...

"again"

How cute is he? Wanna come over and sing/sign along with us?
*My friend was sneaky and took photos of us the other day getting crazy with another song too. I'll post them later! :)

We taught our kids sign language when they were babies...they could 'talk' to us LONG before they could be verbal..and we NEVER had fussy kids because they could always 'tell us' what they wanted...and the sign we saw the most?
MORE! lolol...
Yay Max for singing!!!

Max, you're the cutest! I'll have to check out that CD.

PS It looks like you & Vivian enjoy the same super-yummy yogurt!

I love that CD and book! My nine year old and I use it to teach sign language songs to my seven year old's general ed classmates (she's mostly in her special ed classroom but spends some time with them.) This week we are going to do "Look Up" and "More Milk" is a favorite!!

They just soak it in!!

P.S. I read your blog all the time. :-)
