Last night I received an email from a mother of a daughter facing many challenges. She had come upon Max's blog and was intrigued by some similarities. I then visited her blog and some of their links...and was truly amazed at the strength of the families. It is inspiring to read such upbeat messages and true hope for situations that would simply drain others. Someone recently told me that adversity doesn't build character...adversity reveals character. So very true. God certainly gave these parents and children incredible character, strength and love for one another. Thank you Gwen and Ivey for sharing your story. Ivey, you are adorable and I just love your smile! :)
