Ok, so the latest is that Maxwell with have an echocardiogram with his cardiologist.
If there is evidence of pulmonary hypertension or other issues, we will cancel surgery and of course focus on the heart issues. (I am trying not to think about that option.)
If we get the "go ahead," then it will be up to the anesthesia team. They are the ultimate "pass/fail" for surgery.
It probably will be a long and stressful day, but hopefully we get some really wonderful answers about his heart and a successful surgery is completed once and for all. :)
