We were able to get an early morning appointment today. They are so great to us! We are such "frequent fliers" there that Max's folder doesn't even get filed...yikes!
We did have an incredibly long wait in the office, but that was ok. (Max and I always find ways to entertain ourselves...peek a boo with the white doctor sheets, dancing around the room, playing in the mirror...lots of fun can be had in a doctor's office!)
The doctors were slammed with sick kiddos from the weekend. So we were seen by an on call doctor, but she even called in our PCP (even though he too was running an hour late with his patients) to check on Maxwell since he knows him best. They really take good care of my lil' guy, and I am deeply grateful.
So now he is on antibiotics and some ear drops for his eye/sinus/ear infections. Hopefully the meds will do the trick!
No worries though, he's acting as fun and happy as always! Let's hope I feel the same way after tonight. :)

Guess we will be sick together. I have a terrible cold and sore throat. Please, let's get better real quick. I would rather be sick than to hear you are you precious doll baby.
