Well Mommy and the doctor held off on the prednisone, because we really didn't want to resort to steroids. I have had A LOT of drugs in my short lifetime, so we are *trying* to limit the use of any extras unless absolutely necessary.
However, I was having a fairly difficult time breathing yesterday and was needing inhalers more often than the day before. My lungs are very tight and my respiratory rate is considerably higher. Then last night my O2 needs doubled.
So we started the prednisone last night and wow, you should have seen my craziness this morning! I am already a wild man...but add in some steroids, and I am quite C*R*A*Z*Y!!! :)

*** This morning I had to go to the doctor's for my monthly synagis shot (to protect me from RSV). Personally I think I should have been able to skip it since I already don't feel good. But Mommy said it's necessary to stay on schedule to keep me healthy! Geez oh weez...these people sure keep me busy! Later today I have feeding therapy AND physical therapy. Hope I'm up for it.

I hope you get better soon, so you can come off the 'roids. You are sweet and funny enough without steroid enhancement.
Evan is not feeling so hot either. He had a low grade fever last night--I'm hoping he's doing better this morning.
