Took Maxwell to the doctor again yesterday...he has been having some random heart fluctuations. For a while there, he was having major bradycardic episodes but then the last few nights, his heart was pretty much racing (compared to his norm). Bizarre.
He has been very congested and having some difficulty with breathing. But then last night, his heart was back to normal...so who knows? I think he was just working harder to breathe, which then impacted his heart.
Several kiddos on the CHARGE list recently have been having difficulties post-TET (tetralogy of fallot heart defect, which is what Max had repaired in Nov 2005) and so perhaps that has me freaked out a bit. I never want to miss anything...but then I also don't want to be paranoid every day.
But for now...all appears to be well. :) We have another series of heart tests (EKG, echo) in a few months, so hopefully we get a good report and I can relax a bit.

I wish I could give you some insite on that one, but I know how it is to freak out a bit. Its normal! We have a new little CHARGEr on the list about to go in for the same heart surgery Max had. Eva had a different heart defect so I can't give them to much insite, his name is Christian, there is a link for him on Eva's site.
