isolation time

Yep, it's that time of year. We had an appointment with Maxwell's PCP and he has officially taken Max out of playgroup and instructed us to keep him away from all little kiddos with even the sniffles.

As of this weekend, RSV cases are rampant in the local hospital...and the first influenza case has appeared too.

Bummer, bummer, bummer.

*Max received his flu shot last week and began his RSV series today. This will at least provide him some protection. Now if we could just blanket the world in Purell...

Awwwww (((hugs))) that sucks, I remember those times. I can tell you that it gets better though. Now Alex is able to kick almost anything (knocking on wood). I have heard that the flu is particularly nasty this year, both of us got our shots in November.
